If they purchase eGift cards, they will receive them immediately. If they purchase plastic cards online, they will arrive via USPS or FedEx. Tracking information can be found using the link below:

Once a user lands on the CashStar Self Service page they can enter their email address and any orders placed under their email will appear and include various self-service options, including shipping/delivery updates. One thing to note is that the USPS First Class shipping option does not offer tracking, but the FedEx options do have tracking updates.
Guests must print out their eGift card to redeem in-restaurant. We cannot accept mobile eGift cards. The terms and conditions are printed on the eGift card receipt.
