    Certificates are emailed approximately 8-10 days before your birthday. You have 29 days from the issue date to redeem it at your preferred location. If you haven’t received your certificate by your birthday, contact the Chef’s Table Customer Service at thechefstable@benihana.com. Certificates are redeemable during dinner hours, Monday through Thursday, after an initial $30 purchase, and must be printed prior to your visit.

    First, ensure you’ve added info@email.benihana.com to your email contacts to prevent filtering issues. If you still haven’t received your certificate by your birthday, email the Chef’s Table Customer Service at thechefstable@benihana.com for assistance.

    Per the program’s terms and conditions, the Benihana birthday certificate must be printed and presented in physical form at the restaurant.

    Certificates are valid during dinner hours only, Monday through Thursday, after an initial $30 purchase.

    A valid government-issued ID is required to verify your identity by matching the information on the certificate to your ID.

    The certificate is intended for dine-in only and cannot be used for to-go orders. Additionally, it cannot be applied toward alcoholic beverages.
